Me, on a trip that was HARD but rewarding

Why this work matters

Chronic illness like fibromyalgia or ME/CFS disrupts more than health. It disrupts certainty - about who you are, what you can do, and what kind of life is still available to you. Invisible illness adds another layer: the world doesn't always believe you, doesn't always see you, and sometimes you struggle to trust your own experience. The questions that arise from illness aren't medical. They're existential. Most people dealing with chronic illness receive medical advice and are told to stay positive. Very few are given space to explore the deeper disruptions - to identity, purpose, to plans that no longer fit. I know chronic illness not as a metaphor but as a reality. And that's where I work from.

Professional background

My specialisation is supporting people with fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, and other chronic and invisible illnesses through rehabilitation, identity redefinition, and rebuilding working life. BA in Psychology and MA in Organisational Behaviour from Reichman University, with a coaching certification from Bar-Ilan University, and focused experience in career and health coaching. I work at a hi-tech company as well as 'Shchulo Tov', the leading vocational rehabilitation service for recipients of the rehabilitation basket. My work includes vocational rehabilitation and supporting people dealing with complex health conditions - including invisible illnesses, psychiatric disabilities, and those trying to navigate their way between their illness and their identity as human beings, family members, and working people. My background gives me clinical understanding of disability, navigating various systems, psychological adaptation, and the practical reality of living with chronic illness - together with deep respect for the existential dimensions of the experience.

The personal side

I've been living with fibromyalgia and chronic colitis for years. I know from the inside what it means to manage a day with a limited amount of energy - to decide what's worth it, to manage expectations, to live with an invisible illness that isn't always visible from the outside. The community of people navigating fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, and other invisible illnesses is the community I work with and belong to. Not out of pity, but out of recognition.

How I work

  • Structured yet reflective

Structured yet reflective - sessions have direction but leave room for what emerges.

  • Dialogue-based

A real conversation, not a lecture - we think together.

  • Clinically grounded

Clinically grounded - built on evidence, health psychology, and existential frameworks.

  • Capacity-respecting

Everything we do respects your actual energy and limitations - because even coaching has an energy cost.

  • Collaborative

Collaborative - you are the expert on your experience. I bring structure and perspective.
